It is the largest international sponsor of amateur photography.
Founded in 1946 in Switzerland
And chaired his first board of directors d. Van de Wieger,
The first general assembly of the federation was held in Bern, Switzerland, in June 1950.
And it included in its membership with the first 9 countries general assembly
It now includes in its membership more than 85 countries from around the world,
The Federation organizes a set of programs and events from biennials and trips that contribute to the development of artistic, educational and scientific photography knowledge and exchange of experiences in accordance with the principles of the United Nations Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (UNESCO).

هو أكبر المنظمات الدولية الراعية لفن التصوير الضوئي للهواة،
تأسس في عام 1946م في سويسرا
وترأس أول مجلس إدارة له د. فان دي ويجر ،
عقدت أول جمعية عمومية للاتحاد في مدينة بيرن بسويسرا في يونيو 1950،
وقد ضم في عضويته مع أول جمعية عمومية 9 دول،
يضم الآن في عضويته أكثر من 85 دولة من مختلف أنحاء العالم،
ينظم الاتحاد مجموعة من البرامج والفعاليات من بيناليات ورحلات التي تسهم في تنمية معرفة التصوير الضوئي الفنية والتعليمية والعلمية وتبادل الخبرات بما يتفق مع مبادئ هيئة الامم المتحدة للتربية والثقافة والعلوم (اليونسكو).
Dear friends, it is with great pleasure that I learnt about my nomination as Honorary Master of the World Photography Group, coordinated by Najila Engawi.
As I previously had the opportunity to declare, I believe Najila is one of the brightest star in FIAP big sky, not only given her indisputable photographic skills but also her strong ties to our common family, FIAP.
I’m certain that all photographers from the “World of Photography Group” will always be able to distinguish themselves at the international level, motivated by their ideals of friendship, fraternity, and love for our common passion.
I wish to all of you, dear friends, a serene future rich in satisfaction.
صدقائي الأعزاء ، إنه لمن دواعي سروري البالغ أن علمت بترشيحي للماجستير الفخري لمجموعة التصوير العالمية ، بتنسيق من نجيلة عنجاوي.
كما أتيحت لي الفرصة سابقًا للإعلان ، أعتقد أن نجيلة هي واحدة من ألمع النجوم في سماء FIAP الكبيرة ، ليس فقط نظرًا لمهاراتها التصويرية التي لا جدال فيها ، ولكن أيضًا بسبب روابطها القوية مع عائلتنا المشتركة ، FIAP.
أنا متأكد من أن جميع المصورين من "مجموعة عالم التصوير" سيكونون دائمًا قادرين على تمييز أنفسهم على المستوى الدولي ، بدافع من مُثُلهم الخاصة بالصداقة والأخوة والحب لشغفنا المشترك.
